A review on tour for W-Trek Patagonia by Chile Tour Patagonia:

Chile Tour Patagonia - Many good and bad for this tour company.

Good:

- Living areas and food for the entire trip was amazing

- Knowledgeable tour guide

- Amazing service of all staff under this company

Bad:

- Wifi is extremely weak or non-existent at Puerto Natales and Tiny House

- Guides are very fast-paced, those that are slower or inexperienced in hiking would have issues

- W-Trek is not clearly marked and the guide provided false information on the difficulty of the trek

- Tiny House experience was bad. Extremely cram and yet there were huge cacti around. No place to hang or dry any of your equipment. Toilet flushing is bad and got stuck. The Tiny House was not done and workers were working on the roof at 12 midnight.

Other stuff to take note during the W-Trek:

- Camp Frances is the worst camp with arrogant and unhelpful staff

- Camp Paine Grande is the best camp with helpful staff, but huge complains for the kitchen as waiting time for food can go up to 2 hours and the food tastes bad. Do not order their burgers.

A review on Sydney:

1) Easily accessible and no need to by public transport passes. Just use a debit or credit card that has PayWave function.

2) Staff in Sydney are generally rude and arrogant.
